#MotivationalMonday Did you run in @ragnarrelay (RWE sponsor) Wasatch Back this past weekend? Matt Tychsen, PCHS Class of 2011, was injured in a dirt biking accident in September, which paralyzed the lower half of his body. He hand cycled his Ragnar assignments! Matt has been doing action sports since he was little and doesn’t let paralysis stop him. With his great attitude and lifetime motto of, ‘Still Gonna Send It,’ he’s been exceeding every goal in PT. He’s been asked by RWE sponsor @intermountain to be a peer volunteer to support and inspire other spinal cord injury patients! Can you guess our Ragnar team name? I never thought I’d make running such an important thing in my life. Considering I started “running” just a few months ago. And by running I mean walking. I started walking on my treadmill at home and it would take me 20 minutes to finish one mile. Two months later I joined this Ragnar team and I have pushed myself mentally and physically.
