Can I run without a full team?
Absolutely! We understand that life happens, things come up, and it can be just plain hard to gather a full team for the event. But we still want you to be able to have the most amazing Ragnar experience ever!
Can I run the event solo?
Yes! Ragnar now offers options to compete as an individual runner at select trail events. Options include 24-hour and 6-hour runs which require running as much distance as you can during the set time period. Single-loop, time-based races are also offered where runners run one loop as fast as they can. Single loops are often 6km to 10 km depending on the race. Is there an age restriction to run Ragnar?
Anyone who has reached their 12th birthday by race day is able to participate*!
Participants under the age of 18 will be required to have a minor waiver signed by a parent/legal guardian. Those under 12 years of age are restricted, however Ragnar will consider formal requests for extraordinary circumstances through the Safety Director. (Contact safety@runragnar.com)
*The only exception is Ragnar Road Bourbon Chase. All participants need to be 21 years and older to participate.

What if I can't make it? Can I transfer my registration?
We understand that there are times where an event is just not going to work! Although we do not offer refunds, we are happy to help you process a transfer to remove your team from your current event and use the credit to register for a future event! Please refer to our Transfer Policy for all the information you need. Then, if you would like to move forward with the process you can reach out to our team at customerservice@runragnar.com.
