2016 Ragnar Trail Medals: Bigger and Better than Before

The trail runner lifestyle dictates that you won’t be in your house enough to care if your medal looks good hanging on the wall. That’s why the medal for 2016 Ragnar Trail– presented by Salomon is built to come with you on your adventures. Plus, if you’re ever lost on your long run for a couple of days or a week or so, it may help you survive. This year, the medal is bigger than ever. Plus, it includes a secret message that you can only decode with your whole team.

This medal does so much more than look pretty. It’s as sharp and aerodynamic as Batman’s Batarang, as versatile as a reversible shirt and as dangerous as a saber tooth tiger. This multi-tool medal includes a bottle opener, a saw, a knife, a flex wrench, and a nut & bolt wrench, meaning it can be used for just about anything.

Since we wanted to make sure that you could fight off bears and cut down small trees, this medal is sharp, and definitely not allowed on airplanes. In the event that you need to fly with only a carry-on bag after the race, we’ll have shipping envelopes available for purchase at the Ragnar Gear store so that your medal can accompany you on your next great adventure.

We want to give you something worth the achievement of completing a Ragnar trail race and there’s nothing that says “I’m epic” like a big medal with blades.
