Our August Runner of the Month is Angela Singleton!
She’s a dedicated Ragnar team captain who loves planning her team’s Ragnar Runcations. She believes that these Runcations create friends-for-life. As a captain she works hard to organize and plan everything needed to make each running adventure safe, memorable, and easy for everyone.
Wondering how she pulls off these memorable Ragnar experiences? Leave a comment with your questions!
Ragnar is about the team. It is a team sport that allows individuals to push themselves and overcome obstacles. Over two days and one night, you get to know your teammates in ways that you would never have known them before Ragnar Relay. While individuals push themselves to the limit and take on new challenges, the team is right there, supporting them with water, a much needed cheer at the top of a hill, an extra pair of socks and the commarderie of being in it together.
You don’t need to have an already established team to run a Ragnar Relay. Find a team on our Events page and find your next group of lifelong friends: https://www.facebook.com/TheRagnarRelaySeries/events
Don’t limit yourself. Ever. Set goals, dream big and then go after them.
The Ragnar Northwest Passage runners showed grit and determination this past weekend as they battled through rain storms the first day to cross the finish line on Saturday with smiles.
We dedicate this #MotivationalMonday to all of you!
Ragnar Relays are great opportunities to push yourself both mentally and physically. Running three times over a 24-30 hour period, “living” in a van with 5 other people and navigating your way across a 200ish mile course are challenging endevours.
Ragnarians do it with ease, flair and wild abandonment. Our Motivational Monday is dedicated to all Ragnarians who know how to live and run as if the gate were left open. Happy Running!
